Hitting the Hot Buttons

This course examines current hot issues based upon changes in guidelines, policies, and procedures from TREC, TAR, state, and/or federal sources. Topics include: coming soon listing, rebates, use of camera/recording equipment, oral/verbal offers & counter offers and new advertising rules. The class will explain the changes and then ask participants to identify best practices to better serve consumers.
