DESCRIPTION:NOTE: Buses are currently full\, but let us know if you’re coming to the Capitol with us! We’ll also reach out if any seats on the bus become available. \nShort-Term Rentals\, Sales Price Disclosure\, Property Tax Issues – If any of these topics concern you then join over 3\,000 REALTORS® on March 22nd to meet with all 181 legislators to discuss real estate issues on REALTOR® Day at the Texas Capitol. This is a great opportunity to connect with REALTORS®\, and learn about all of the legislative issues impacting the real estate industry at the Statehouse. \nNo prior legislative knowledge needed – attendees will be divided into groups headed by REALTORS® who serve as lead contacts on the Texas REALTORS® Legislative Contact Teams. These group leaders will lead the discussions with legislators. \nWe will have buses leaving from two locations promptly at 5:30 a.m. Lunch will be included. Buses will arrive back at their respective locations at approximately 8:30 p.m. \nBus 1: Pick up location: MetroTex Irving Headquarters (1701 Kinwest Pwy Irving\, TX 75063) \nBus 2: Pick up location: MetroTex Duncanville Service Center (150 E Hwy 67 Suite B-160\, Duncanville\, TX 75137) \n5:00 a.m.: Arrive at your pick up location\n5:30 a.m.: Buses depart for Texas Capitol (1100 Congress Ave\, Austin\, 78701)\n11:00 a.m.: Lunch\n3:30 p.m.: Board buses to return home\n4:00 p.m.: Buses depart\nPitstop at Buc-ee’s (30 min) (4155 N General Bruce Dr\, Temple\, TX 76501)\n8:30 p.m.: Buses arrive back at original pick up location
