Meet the new TAR form you’ll want every client to sign

When new closing forms and procedures go into effect later this year, you’ll need to have your clients’ written permission to review their closing documents.

A new one-page form from the Texas Association of REALTORS®, Authorization to Furnish TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures, offers you an easy way to provide that written permission to title companies and lenders.
