Announcing MetroTex’s 2026 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program Class
Developing the Next Generation of Industry Leaders
Leadership is the foundation of a strong real estate industry, and MetroTex is proud to be part of the one program that stands above the rest in preparing professionals to step into that role: the Texas REALTORS Leadership Program (TRLP).
Each year, this highly selective program brings together a group of committed REALTORS® from across the state who are ready to grow beyond their individual businesses and help shape the future of the industry.
MetroTex is proud to support and celebrate the members selected for the 2026 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program class.
What Is the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program?
The TRLP is a premier, multi-month leadership development experience designed to prepare REALTORS® for roles at the:
- Local association level
- State association level
- Community and civic leadership arenas
Through a series of structured sessions, participants gain a deeper understanding of:
- How REALTOR® associations operate
- The legislative and regulatory environment impacting real estate
- Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- The role of advocacy in protecting property rights
This is not a sales training program, it is a leadership pipeline that equips participants to influence the direction of the real estate industry in North Texas and beyond.
What Participants Experience
Over the course of the program, TRLP participants engage in:
- Interactive leadership workshops
- Collaborative problem-solving exercises
- Public speaking and communication training
- Exposure to industry and policy leaders
- A legislative experience in Austin, connecting real estate to public policy
The program challenges participants to think bigger, moving from individual success to industry impact.
