The Historic House Specialist Seminar is designed to provide REALTORS® with the tools necessary to market Dallas’ older properties. With the aid of audio/visual presentations, printed materials, question and answer sessions, and hands-on research, real estate professionals will learn about historic building materials, legal practices, property research, and the economics of preservation.
Topics include architectural history and styles of Dallas, the preservation ordinance, property tax incentives, how to research the history of a building, and more.
