We are sad to report that William Ferguson, President of Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management Company, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022.
William was active in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) where he taught others how to professionally manage real property. He served as President of the Dallas Chapter of NARPM and attended their national convention on a regular basis. In addition, William was a very active volunteer in the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® where he served on its property management committee and the Board of Directors for many years.
William was instrumental in the growth of the Judge Fite Company for over 44 years!
William and his wife, Leslie (who predeceased him in 2012) were high school sweethearts and had three children, Aubrey, Colton and Traci. William grew up in Dallas, lived in Midlothian and most recently lived in North Dallas.
After his wife’s passing, William met, fell in LOVE and was engaged to Kezi Kestler. Kezi was beside him throughout his journey as an amazing companion, caregiver and best friend for these past years.
After graduation, William attended the University of Texas at Arlington for a brief period until he joined the Judge Fite Family at the age of 19. William was a volunteer Young Life leader at DeSoto High School that took up 121% of his volunteer time and, actually, most of his personal and professional time, too.
Since he had such an incredible energy level, the Judge Fite Company had a need for someone to manage 25 houses for our clients. Since William had been a maintenance man in high school, he took on the responsibility. As Judge Fite Property Management business grew, William made the decision to go into property management full time. The Judge Fite Property Management Company grew under his leadership to now managing over 1,600 properties with over 30 employees.
