Dallas & Duncanville Service Centers Closing August 31

We’re making an important update to our service center operations. Our Duncanville and Dallas service centers will close effective August 31, 2026, as their leases expire this fall.

You can continue accessing MetroTex services through our remaining service centers, online resources, and our dedicated staff, who are ready to assist wherever you do business.

Looking Ahead

These updates are part of a broader evaluation of how MetroTex serves members throughout the region. Rather than simply maintaining the way we’ve always operated, we’re exploring new approaches designed around convenience for our members.

A member-led task force is currently evaluating future service options to ensure MetroTex continues to meet the evolving needs of our members while creating a more convenient member experience. We look forward to sharing more as those plans take shape.
