Who can rent venue space?
Rentals are limited to MetroTex members for Real Estate related events.
What days and times are available for rentals?
External events may be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Do you provide catering?
MetroTex does not provide in-house catering. However, we do include coffee, tea, and water stations with each rental.
Do you provide catering supplies?
MetroTex does not provide catering supplies such as plates, utensils, napkins, or linens. Cups are provided as part of the beverage stations.
Do you rent classroom spaces?
Due to the high volume of educational programming offered by MetroTex, our classroom spaces are no longer available for external rentals.
