As agents and brokers, we need to be competent in representing our clients. We must recognize market fluctuations and how those fluctuations affect pricing. Although, working on CMAs utilizing data from MLS, RPR and work files, agents and brokers need to include analysis of supply, demand and interest rates. This course will cover the problem places in completing CMAs and pricing appropriately. By learning to set expectations and provide explanations, both the principals and their agents will be able to participate in real estate transactions and be comfortable with their decisions.
