Designations

Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)

Global real estate opportunities are everywhere! People move to the U.S. from other countries every day and foreign-born individuals residing in the U.S. move to new markets. Americans in your current market may look to invest in property overseas. No matter which audience you cater to, the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation courses will provide you with the knowledge, research, network and tools to globalize and expand your business.

Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS)

The RSPS certification recognizes real estate professionals with expertise in the fast‑growing resort, vacation, and second‑home markets. Members with this credential understand the unique lifestyle, investment, and international considerations that drive second‑home purchases. RSPS designees bring elevated market knowledge and global perspective to clients seeking properties in destination and leisure communities.

At Home With Diversity® (AHWD)

The AHWD certification empowers real estate professionals to thrive in today’s multicultural marketplace. It emphasizes inclusive business practices, cultural awareness, and a strong foundation in Fair Housing principles. AHWD designees are equipped to serve clients from all backgrounds with professionalism and respect, strengthening community connections and supporting a more equitable global real estate environment.
