Important Message for Members Enrolled in Auto Pay

When you enroll in Auto Pay, your payment will automatically include all related assessments and contributions that are billed together. For your annual membership dues, this includes a voluntary TREPAC contribution, which is included on your dues statement on behalf of Texas REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. For your quarterly MLS fees, this includes a contribution to the North Texas REALTORS® In Action Foundation, a 501(c)3 founded to support housing-related community needs. By enrolling in Auto Pay, you authorize MetroTex to automatically charge the full amount of your invoice, including these voluntary items, when the payment processes.

Please note: Members using Auto Pay cannot opt out of the above-mentioned individual charges at the time of processing. To make changes or remove optional items, you must turn off Auto Pay and complete your renewal before the scheduled payment date.
