Justin Landon Named a 2026 HousingWire Vanguard

We’re proud to share that MetroTex President and CEO Justin Landon has been named a 2026 HousingWire Vanguard, recognizing him among 100 executives nationally who are helping shape the future of the housing industry.

Now in its 12th year, the HousingWire Vanguards recognize leaders across real estate, mortgage and homebuilding who have demonstrated meaningful leadership and influence within the housing economy.

For MetroTex, this recognition reflects the progress our organization has made under Justin’s leadership—and the work happening every day to create greater value for our nearly 40,000 members.

During Justin’s tenure, MetroTex successfully completed its merger with the Collin County Area REALTORS®, significantly expanding our regional presence, strengthening our governance and reinforcing our position within NTREIS.

He has also helped expand MetroTex’s role in the broader real estate conversation through his work on MLS modernization, broker engagement, housing policy and association leadership.

Closer to home, Justin has championed expanded education through MetroTex Campus, giving members on-demand access to training on topics ranging from legal updates and buyer representation to AI, cybersecurity and market trends. The creation of the Broker Outreach Department and Broker Concierge program has also strengthened MetroTex’s connection with brokerage leaders across North Texas.

“I’m proud of what our team has accomplished, and we’re just getting started,” Justin said.

We couldn’t agree more.

Please join us in congratulating Justin Landon on this well-deserved recognition. It’s a reflection not only of his leadership, but of the work our staff, volunteer leaders and members are doing together to build a stronger MetroTex and a stronger future for real estate in North Texas.
