Live Chat Support Now in Matrix
Getting help in Matrix just got easier.
Cotality has introduced a new Live Chat support option directly within Matrix, giving you another way to quickly find answers while you work.
How It Works
You can access Live Chat through the Help menu in Matrix under “Matrix Support.” From there, you’ll be connected to a virtual assistant that can help answer common questions right away.
If additional support is needed, the chat will connect you to a live AnswerLink agent for further assistance.
What To Expect

Support Hours
Live agent availability through chat follows the same hours as AnswerLink support:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to Midnight
- Weekends: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
