Update on NTREIS.net and Matrix Connectivity Issues
UPDATE 11/3:
Matrix is up and running without issues today. Due to the event yesterday that brought Matrix down, all Matrix functions have now been transitioned to cloud servers. You will see delays today in member information updates and updates of new listings to sites like realtor.com.
Additionally, emails sent from the Matrix system will now come from ntreis@centralwestmatrixemail.com.
The opt in procedure and address remain the same.
UPDATE 11/2:
Matrix is now available; however, the system remains extremely slow as people are logging in and trying to catch up.
What is still not working: the NTREIS.net website. Go to MyMetroTex.com and click on “MLS Login” to gain access to Matrix.
Mail servers were also down which means it will take some time for data providers (like realtor.com) to catch up on listing displays and for auto-emails from Matrix to your clients to catch up.
What happened? It appears that a power outage caused damage to servers housing Matrix and the NTREIS.net website. A complete review of system issues is underway and steps to prevent an outage of this type in the future will be implemented.
Please expect the system to remain unstable for a time. We apologize for the inconvenience of this downtime. We appreciate everyone’s patience.

NTREIS is currently experiencing an issue in their data center affecting NTREIS.net and Matrix.
All other systems are available. Cloud Streams and RPR can be used in the interim until these systems are restored.
We will post updates from the vendor as soon as we have information.
