MLS Quarterly Billing Quick Reference Guide

Thank you for being a MetroTex MLS Subscriber. We’re glad you’re here! If you are reading this, you’ve likely received your quarterly MLS invoice and are wondering what to do next.

It is important to pay your invoice before the due date to avoid service interruptions. To help guide you through the process, we’ve created a quick video tutorial: Watch: How to Pay an Invoice in the Member Portal.

Your invoice will also include a voluntary $5 contribution to the North Texas REALTORS® in Action Foundation, a 501c(3) charity that provides disaster relief and community support across North Texas, helping families in crisis and strengthening the communities you serve. Contributions are voluntary and may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You can learn more at helpnorthtexas.org.

A few important reminders:

  • If you are enrolled in Auto Pay, the optional $5 contribution will be included automatically. To remove the voluntary contribution, simply update your settings and turn off Auto Pay before your scheduled payment date. To identify your scheduled Auto Pay day, click here.
  • If you are not on Auto Pay, you may review and adjust your optional items before submitting payment.
