Quick Guide: Paying Your MetroTex Invoice Online

Paying an invoice is simple and secure in your new MetroTex member portal. Follow the steps below to view, download, and submit payment for one or multiple invoices in just a few moments.

  • Log in to your MetroTex member portal at portal.metrotex.com
  • On the left side of your homepage you will see a series of menu options. Select “Billing”.
  • Click “My Invoices”.
  • Here you will see a list of your invoices. Click the “Pay” button next to the invoice you would like to pay.
    • If you would like to pay multiple invoices at once, check the boxes beside the invoices you would like to address and then click “Pay Invoices”.
    • To the right of the “Pay” button for each invoice, there is a symbol that looks like a down arrow pointing to a hard drive. Click this symbol if you would like to download a PDF of your invoice.
  • Select whether you would like to pay via Credit Card or Telecheck.
  • You should now see a summary of your full invoice. On this page you can also choose whether to pay optional contributions to items such as TREPAC or the North Texas REALTORS in Action Foundation.
  • Click “Continue”.
  • Choose your payment method, then click “Continue”.
  • Make sure everything looks correct. Once you are satisfied, acknowledge and accept the payment Terms and Conditions and click “Make Payment”.
