Rentals Just Got Easier With RentSpree
MetroTex MLS subscribers now have access to RentSpree, a new benefit available through NTREIS that brings online rental applications and tenant screening into the Matrix workflow.
As part of this new subscriber benefit, you can opt in to RentSpree when adding a rental listing in Matrix and use its online tools to:
- Send applicants a secure, mobile-friendly rental application
- Collect a comprehensive screening package with a credit report, background check, eviction history and income verification
- Choose whether you or the applicant pays the screening fee
- Review completed applications and reports from your RentSpree dashboard
- Keep the rental process moving without paper applications or unnecessary back-and-forth
