UPDATE 1/23/26 – The Microsoft outage has been resolved and incoming emails and support tickets are once again routing normally. Thank you for your patience throughout this event.

A Microsoft outage is currently affecting incoming emails and support tickets. While this is being resolved, we’re unable to receive new messages or ticket submissions.
