Supra eKEY Billing Goes Quarterly
Streamlined billing designed with you in mind.
As part of our ongoing commitment to simplifying processes and enhancing member experience, we are pleased to announce an important update regarding Supra eKEY billing. This change is designed with YOU in mind, streamlining payments while maintaining all the same benefits you rely on.
To better support our members and create a more streamlined billing experience, all members currently utilizing the Supra eKEY service through Metrotex will be transitioned to quarterly billing for Supra eKEY services.
While the frequency of billing will shift for some members who have been billed monthly prior to this change, everything else remains the same. You will continue to receive the full range of Supra services with no interruption, secure access to listings, showing activity tools, real-time data, and lockbox connectivity exactly as you do today.
All payments will be made directly to MetroTex, and you will have 30 days from the invoice date to pay. For many, this quarterly model will be a welcome improvement. Fewer billing cycles means fewer transactions to track.
Members who have already paid for the full year under annual billing will remain on that schedule until the conclusion of their paid term, after which they will transition to quarterly billing.
