Texas REALTORS® Forms Changes Effective January 2026
New and revised Texas REALTORS® forms take effect in January 2026. In all, 22 existing forms have been updated and three new forms introduced to reflect recent law changes and ongoing work by the Texas REALTORS® Forms Task Force and legal staff.
