TREC Updates REALM Portal Launch Date

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has updated the launch date for its new REALM Portal, the upcoming online system for managing licenses, renewals, and education records.

Originally scheduled to go live on December 10, the REALM Portal will now launch on December 15, 2025.

The new portal will streamline many licensing processes and move them fully online. To help license holders prepare, TREC has published an overview of what to expect, key dates, and important reminders.
