ZipForm Renewal Made Simple
ZipForm renews annually as part of your Texas REALTORS® membership. If you see a renewal prompt when you log in, don’t worry. It’s normal, and it only takes a minute to complete.
Step 1: Accept the License Agreement
When you log in to zipForm, you may see a pop-up asking you to accept the licensing agreement.
Select Yes to continue. If you select No, you won’t be able to proceed into zipForm.
Step 2: Confirm What’s Included
After selecting Yes, click the green Continue button. You may see a page listing the services included with your zipForm account.
Your base zipForm services are included with your Texas REALTORS® membership at no cost, and your total should show $0 at the bottom of the page. You should not be prompted to pay anything unless you choose to add optional products.
Click Continue to move forward.
Step 3: Look for the Confirmation Message
Once you continue, you’ll see a message confirming your renewal:
“Congratulations, you’ve successfully renewed your Transaction (zipForm) account.”
Click Exit Order to enter your zipForm account. You’re done.

- Renewal prompts are normal during annual subscription renewal
- Your included zipForm services should total $0
- Charges only apply if optional add-ons are selected
