Update from Wolf Technologies:
We have resolved the performance challenge in Transactions (zipForm Edition), in which users were having difficulty logging in, or experiencing slow load times. All systems are functioning normally.
Please note, if you created a signing yesterday in Authentisign or Digital Ink 2.0 prior to 2 p.m. and your signers are receiving a Time Out Error. This means that signings created during this time period were likely not processed. As such, these signings should be re-created and resent now that the systems are back online. Your signer should then be able to complete their signing as expected.
