All-New Member Portal
Big changes are coming your way! On Tuesday, September 2, we’re launching our all-new MetroTex Member Portal to make your membership easier to manage, faster to navigate, and more convenient than ever.
Transition Timeline
To make the switch seamless, there are a few days when our systems cannot process payments or be updated. Please review these dates so you can take care of any time-sensitive business in advance.
Payment Pause (Aug 22 – Sep 1)
- The last day to make ANY payments through our system or over the phone is Thursday, August 21, until close of business.
- This includes registering for classes, paying invoices, submitting for M.A.P.S credit, setting up Supra keys, joining the association, or making any membership change that includes a fee. REALTOR® Store purchases will also be unavailable during this time.
- If you need to make an office transfer during this time, please call us at (214) 637-6660 for assistance.
System Freeze (Aug 28 – Sep 1)
- The last day any updates can be made to your member record is Wednesday, August 27, until close of business. Starting September 2, changes can once again be made to member records through your new self-service portal or over the phone.
- We know this is a pain, and we only want you to be affected once. That is why we have timed our conversion with TREC’s. Thank you for your patience as we work to provide you with the customer service and tools you deserve.
Association Training (Aug 29)
- All MetroTex Association of REALTORS® and Collin County Area REALTORS® locations will be closed on Friday, August 29, for staff training.
Self-Service Membership Management
With the new Member Portal, you can handle everyday tasks like viewing and paying invoices securely, updating your subscriptions (such as MLS or Key), accessing TREPAC contributions and history, managing your communication preferences, or registering for classes and events whenever it works for you.
Instant Letter of Good Standing

Connected to National REALTORS® M1 & TREC
The new member portal communicates daily with the National REALTORS® M1 database and the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), ensuring your membership and license information stays accurate.
Broker Tools for Designated REALTORS®
If you’re a Designated REALTOR®, you now have the tools to manage your office directly from the Member Portal. View and update your roster, assign delegate access, manage unreported licensees, and edit your office profile all in real time.
Why is the MetroTex portal changing?
We’re upgrading to offer a better, secure, and more modern experience. The new portal allows you to complete most membership tasks instantly without needing to wait for assistance. While we know change can be daunting, the new portal is built to be very user-friendly and, as always, we’ll be here to walk you through anything you need.
Will my data remain secure?
The protection of your data is our top priority. The new portal uses encrypted technology and syncs daily with national databases like M1 and TREC so your information stays accurate and secure.
Can I set my billing emails be sent to someone else?
Yes, you have the ability to designate a specific email address to be CC’d on all billing emails. Just login to your portal, click the My MetroTex tab on the left hand side, click Profile, click Edit Profile, and fill in the field for Billing CC Email.
