Are you working with an empty toolbox?

Did you know that in December we had only 1.9 months of available inventory in the entire MLS? Prices keep rising. The number of active listings is dwindling. If you’re going to earn the business of a seller, you have to prove that you have what it takes.

If you don’t have the Seller Representative Specialist designation, then you simply don’t have all of the tools you need to handle listings in today’s competitive market. When you try to grab that listing, how will you rise above the competition to earn the business? What tools will you offer to stand out from the crowd?

The SRS designation will give you a comprehensive foundation of skills, training and the resources you need to fully represent the interests of your sellers in today’s complex marketplace.

The SRS toolbox is filled with everything you need to find listing leads and close them. You’ll learn key listing strategies. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to justify your commission by demonstrating and communicating your value proposition to clients, and differentiate your services from your competitors. Understand your client’s needs and offer a more personalized level of support and service to them through the method, tools and techniques learned in class. Learn the 180 things agents do in a transaction. By the end of the class, you will know and how to comply with state licensing laws when representing sellers. You will also have the skillset to negotiate through multiple offers.

This two-day 15-hour CE course is the most complete seller-focused designation program offered through MetroTex. To achieve full designation, candidates must also complete on SRS elective either before or after the SRS Designation Course, and five completed transactions as seller representative.

The SRS course will be taught by the ever-popular Candy Cooke. Candy has been a REALTOR® since 1983. She is a TX Certified Appraiser and the Broker/Owner of Real Property Counselors, Inc.
