Action Required: Update Your Supra eKey

Supra is rolling back a recent migration to restore stability. To avoid service interruption, users who have not updated their app in the last 24 hours should complete an app update.

If your key is already updated, the system will not allow you to update it a second time.

If you see a red X on the update button, this is likely the result of Supra network capacity. If the problem persists, please get in touch with Supra Support at 877-699-6787 (7am – 9pm CDT) or email info@metrotex.com if you cannot get through to Supra.

Supra has advised that the update may process more easily if you disable downloading of listings and rosters as outlined below:

  • Tap on the “More” link at the bottom right of the eKEY home screen
  • Tap “Settings”
  • Uncheck the “Download Listings”
  • Uncheck “Download Roster”
