and beyond, giving their time, talents, and passion to make a lasting difference in our communities. These awards recognize members who exemplify service, leadership,
and the true spirit of giving back, and celebrate those who made our industry and our neighborhoods stronger in 2026. Winners will be honored at the ICON Awards.

MetroTex Affiliate of the Year
This award recognizes an affiliate member who has demonstrated outstanding service to the real estate profession, the community, and the Association. Selection is based on association activity, industry service, and community engagement.
MetroTex Bridge Builder Award
This award recognizes leaders from other associations, multicultural organizations, or community partners who have strengthened collaboration and diversity and improved the real estate profession.
MetroTex Broker-Manager-Executive of the Year
This award recognizes a REALTOR® member who is a broker, manager, or executive and has demonstrated outstanding service to the profession, community, and association. Selection considers office production, civic activity, and industry contributions.
MetroTex Community Service Award
This award recognizes an individual who has made a significant impact in the community by donating time, money, or goods to improve livability. Some work must occur in the current year. Evaluation focuses on community impact and volunteering.
Metrotex REALTOR® of the Year
This award is the highest honor the association can bestow upon one of its members. This award recognizes an active REALTOR® member who has made the greatest impact on the association, the real estate industry, and the REALTOR® community during the award year. The recipient exemplifies the REALTOR® spirit and Code of Ethics through outstanding service to the profession, fellow members, and the association. Selection is based on demonstrated leadership and contributions to the real estate industry.
MetroTex Rising Star Award
This award recognizes an emerging leader within the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® whose early accomplishments distinguish them as a future leader in the industry and beyond through their service, commitment, leadership, responsibility and impact.
MetroTex Vanguard Award
This award recognizes REALTOR® members for outstanding efforts in non47 residential areas such as commercial, global, or property management. Up to three may be awarded annually. Selection considers business accomplishments, association engagement, and community contributions.
