Take the 2023 Texas REALTORS® Policy Priorities Survey

Once every two years, during the interim between state legislative sessions, Texas REALTORS® updates the platform that guides the association through its involvement in politics and policymaking. As Texas REALTORS® gears up to represent members and property owners in the upcoming 88th Texas Legislature, the association needs your feedback on proposed policy positions.

The Texas REALTORS® Public Policy Oversight Committee has drafted its initial recommendations. The association wants your input before those recommendations are sent to the Executive Board for final approval. Please fill out this survey by Friday, August 12.

The draft of recommendations is the culmination of months of work by the members of the association’s four public policy issues committees – Business Issues, Infrastructure, Land Use, and Taxation. In advance of the 2023 legislative session, committee members have updated policy positions in all four areas.

The feedback you provide amplifies your voice in the state Capitol and brings the association closer to achieving the common goals of Texas REALTORS®.
