This training will provide licensees with an understanding of cognitive thinking and behaviors that lead to habits; how habits impact them daily and what they can do to effect positive change to meet their business goals, allowing them to better serve their clients and the real estate community by having a philosophy and business model that builds relationships. Also, in the ever-changing real estate market with resale and new construction it is important to continue to learn the “ins and outs” of each product and process.
