In this course we will review the major elements of a commercial lease contract and a commercial purchase contract with emphasis on understanding the meaning of each section and where typical mistakes can be made. We will use the Texas REALTORS® commercial purchase and commercial lease contracts as examples containing the major elements while also pointing out where these forms may differ from other commercial proprietary contracts that Landlords or Investors may use.
