Commercial Lease Versus Own

This course will discuss very important decision by companies and business of whether to lease or own their facilities. We will cover the pros and cons of leasing versus owning as well and the economic analysis to determine the lowest net present cost. The second half of the course will review a detailed example end with students working through a “real world” lease versus own calculation. This course meets TREC’s 3 CE hour contracts requirement and covers the major components of commercial lease and purchase contracts. Special emphasis is made on area where common mistakes are made.
