Commercial Real Estate Development Essentials Workshop

The class, written by Ginger Unger, CCIM, is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of potential risk for the agent and broker transacting commercial transactions without the proper training. The class will equip the broker/agent with best practices and exercises to manage risks effectively. Throughout the class, participants will learn the various types of commercial sales and leases that could be vulnerable to catastrophic consequences for the buyer/seller – landlord/tenant if the agent is not well-trained in commercial real estate. We will explore common mistakes and oversights that unskilled agents make, such as misrepresentation, document errors, and failure to comply with legal and ethical standards in the commercial real estate industry.
