Downtown Revitalization: Bringing Back Community and Driving Economic Development

As Texas continues to experience rapid and consistent growth, many people are discovering opportunities waiting to be uncovered in the small towns throughout the state. Often, the small towns throughout Texas are in major need of updating and renovation. This course will take the student through the three important steps if they are considering taking on a project or have a client who is interested. This class will provide commercial agents with the tools to truly help a potential client work through the necessary steps with a renovation project. With an emphasis on re-building our historic towns in Texas, the course will also explain the importance of driving economic development and life into these towns. TREC #45193
