MLS Updates Key Box Type Field
NTREIS recently updated the Key Box Type field to include “Blue BT LE” as a box type when entering listings into the MLS. The Blue BT LE is the newer Supra iBox that works with Bluetooth technology. eKey users can easily open these key boxes with their phone only. No need for an external device!
We see that the majority of listings in the MLS are using the OLD “Blue iBox” option. Please check your listing to see if you need to update your listing! Buyer’s agents will REALLY appreciate it. The Supra BT LE Box looks like the one below and has the words “iBox BT LE Bluetooth.
