MetroTex Bylaws Membership Meeting

The MetroTex Association of REALTORS® is holding a bylaws amendment membership meeting on May 9, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.

The central purpose of the meeting will be to vote on proposed changes to the MetroTex Association Bylaws. Also on the agenda will be an update and Q&A on the plan of merger between MetroTex and Collin County Area REALTORS®.

Changes to the MetroTex Bylaws
The proposed changes to ARTICLE XI – OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS of the MetroTex Bylaws focus on the composition and election process of the MetroTex Board of Directors. These proposed changes are necessary to facilitate the plan of merger between MetroTex and Collin County Area REALTORS®.
