The MetroTex Commercial Award was created this year, the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® Commercial Award is presented to an outstanding REALTOR® member based on their role in a closed commercial transaction beneficial to both the community and economy.. It is presented annually in recognition of outstanding service to the real estate profession, the community, and to MetroTex.
