Forecast 2023

Forecast 2023 is here! We recognize the importance of keeping members and licensees abreast of industry changes and trends. By annually offering Forecast, presenters are able to effectively disseminate useful information and update participants.

Our Forecast 2023 panel will include Dr. Jim Gaines (Texas A&M Real Estate Center Research Economist), Steve Brown (The Dallas Morning News Real Estate Editor), Dr. Jessica Lautz (NAR Vice President of Demographics and Behavioral Insights), and Phil Crone, JD (Dallas Builders Association Executive Officer), and will be moderated by Marion Napoleon (Real Estate Broker & Sr. Instructor).

Throughout Forecast, attendees will become aware of issues in the ever-changing real estate market. They will receive clear and relevant information, which will help them project their sales for the upcoming year and adjust their business practices accordingly.
