It’s That Time of Year Again: MLS Waiver Renewal!

Calling all unlicensed assistants! Don’t get locked out of MLS! Any MLS Waivers, including those for unlicensed admins, need to be renewed every year. Make sure you’ve submitted the waiver form for your admins.

Tips for filling out the form:

Name of Individual Requesting Waiver: name of the assistant

Company/Firm Name: What office/brokerage you are assisting

Make sure to enter your email address.

Make sure to check the box for what type of assistant you are.

Name (Type/Print) of MLS Participant: name of the broker for the office.

Make sure to check the box at the bottom if you are renewing an existing waiver.
