MetroTex Clear Cooperation Policy Reporting

MetroTex is proud to announce the launch of CasePro. MetroTex is partnering with the McKenna Group to bring you this awesome system to manage reports of certain MLS violations.

CasePro is the only complete case management system developed specifically for administration to support REALTOR® associations. CasePro is widely used by REALTOR® associations to manage Professional Standards and Arbitration Cases. For instance, Texas REALTORS® uses CasePro to manage reports of ethics violations or requests for arbitration.

MetroTex will be the first REALTOR® Association to use CasePro to manage reports of MLS violations. CasePro will create effective communications with the complainant and respondent. CasePro will also create efficiencies for those interacting with case files such as hearing panels and MLS Staff.

Please note, that initially, only 2 types of MLS complaints can be processed through CasePro. Those two types of complaints are Showing Violations/Supra Key Sharing violations or violations involving the Clear Cooperation Policy. These types of complaints can result in a hearing before a panel of MLS Committee Members. Once cases are referred to a hearing, that is where CasePro performs its Magic! CasePro will compile the complaint, the response, a history of email notifications, case documents, hearing panel communications, and the final decision all in one place.

The video and instructions below will step you through filing a report using CasePro:
