Matrix Update Aftermath: Searches, Inventory, and Resources
Now that the NEW Matrix is in place, have you taken the following actions?
- Have you taken the opportunity to update your saved searches to remove search fields that are no longer valid? MLS Areas is the major one. This video will help you to update your searches to remove the MLS areas. As a reminder, new listings do not have MLS Areas, so if your search includes MLS Areas, the search will not return any new matches.
- Have you reviewed your listing inventory to make sure you are including some of the new fields? As an example, there is an entire Tab in Listing Input for Environment. This tab has lots of information about Green features of a home. See an example screenshot here.
