Realist Premium Flood Map Reports Now Available for Purchase

Premium Flood Map Reports go beyond the basic FEMA flood determination data to provide a comprehensive analysis of a property’s true flood risk. With Premium Flood Maps, real estate agents can give their clients detailed property-level flood risk information that helps guide decision-making—such as the need to budget for and buy the right flood insurance coverage.

Premium Flood Maps use proprietary CoreLogic® data and risk models to determine a property’s Flood Risk Score and Flash Flood Risk Score on a scale from 1 to 100, making it easy to see at a glance the overall risk to a specific property. Exclusive flood risk information underscores the value of working with an agent and helps build their brand as the local market expert. 

Please note this is different than the premium map layers. Map layers are available to all users as an added feature of Realist. Only the new flood reports require a user to order and purchase.

Premium Flood Map Reports are available to all Realist clients as part of an automatic update — no special agreement or license is required. Agents will then be able to order reports on demand for $19.99 each.
