We have received several calls over the last few days related to Matrix running slowly and in some cases Matrix sessions are being dropped. Here is what we know so far:
1. NTREIS and Corelogic have determined that all MLS systems are functioning at full capacity with no errors or system issues.
2. The problems are concentrated to Frontier customers mostly on the western side of the Metroplex.
Please know that Corelogic and NTREIS are still investigating and are attempting to work with representatives from Frontier to resolve these issues. We appreciate your patience.
