Supra eKEY: It is Time to Move on to Updated Technology!
Effective March 31, 2020 the Supra dKEY will no longer be supported by MetroTex.
MetroTex is holding a Supra DisplayKEY and iBox exchange event at the Hilton Anatole (Trinity Exhibit Hall) March 9, 10 & 11. The DisplayKEY is retiring and there are two options to replace it; the Supra eKEY app provides you the ability to use your smartphone as your lockbox or select the XpressKEY.
This will also be your FINAL opportunity to exchange your old iBoxes for the newer Supra iBox BT LE boxes. After this three day event MetroTex will remove the old iBoxes from our inventory and you will not be allowed to use the old ones on your listings.
To exchange the old iBoxes you you must have active Key Services through MetroTex. Please take advantage of this final opportunity to exchange your iBoxes.
Please note you need to reserve a time on March 9, 10, 11 to do the exchange for either the dKEY or the iBox.
Option 1: eKEY
Supra’s eKEY Basic software turns your smartphone into a lockbox key and brings a set of useful tools to your business. With eKEY Basic you can set access hours to listings, change keybox shackle codes, and track keybox inventory.
You will also receive real-time showing information.
The annual cost of the eKEY for the billing period 7/1/2020 through 6/30/2021 will be $209.00 ($226.24 including sales tax). A $98.51 annual savings over the XpressKEY.

Option 2: XpressKEY
The XpressKEY features a high quality backlit touchscreen and an intuitive interface. Keyboxes open quickly using infrared communication and GPS coordinates assist with keybox assignment, end of showing notification, and locating a missing key.
Updates occur automatically over a cellular network and there is no need to be in cellular coverage when showing a listing. Real-time showing notices are sent after a keybox is opened. XpressKEY features a long-lasting, user-replaceable battery and charges using a standard universal micro-USB.
However, just like the dKEY if the XpressKEY is lost, stolen or damaged, the replacement cost will be $249.00 or if the XpressKEY screen gets cracked, that repair cost is $40.00.
Replacement of lost, stolen or damaged XpressKEYS may not occur until the next business day.
The annual fee for the XpressKEY for the billing period 7/1/2020 through 6/30/2021 will be $300.00 per year ($324.75 including sales tax).
