DFW REALTOR® Associations Launch Homeownership Webinar Series

To celebrate National Homeownership Month, Real Estate Associations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area have teamed up to bring you a three-part webinar series exploring why owning a home is so important.

June is National Homeownership Month. To celebrate, Real Estate Associations in DFW have teamed up to bring you a webinar series exploring why owning a home is so important. The series looks at what it means to live the American dream through home ownership!

Part one of the Homeownership Matters series takes place on June 18 and parts two and three are scheduled for July 16 and August 13. REALTORS® from all over are welcome to attend.

GUEST SPEAKERS

Nadia Evangelou is a Senior Economist & Director of Forecasting at the National Association of REALTORS®. While all real estate is local, she focuses on regional and local market trends including the effects of changing demographic and migration patterns. Nadia has been involved in research and analysis about local housing affordability conditions and local solutions to increase housing inventory. She also studies the effects of federal policies on real estate market.

J. Rashad Thomas is a Dallas native and Carter High School graduate who earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. His real estate career began immediately after college, and he quickly became a top producer and office manager for Ira P. Thomas at Star Five Realtors. He is a former President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers-Dallas.
