The Advanced Historic House Specialist Seminar furthers the skills of the Historic House Specialist graduate. You’ll address complex issues involving historic properties dating from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century, the economics involved in historic preservation, appraising and evaluating historic properties, and advanced research techniques. By the end of this course, you’ll be equipped with the tools to identify and date historic properties when working with clients who are interested in purchasing a historic home.
